- Craig, the Principal. Responsible for the daily operations of the school.
- Sarah, the Director of Studies. She manages the teaching staff and academic programme.
- Mick, Head of Teacher Training. Runs and organises our teacher training courses.
- Gordon, the Assistant Director of Studies. He helps manage the teaching and is in charge of exam classes.
- Aylwen, Centre Director at the City Centre school. She runs our City Centre campus.
- Claire, Registrar. Handles all bookings and direct sales.

- Regan, Accommodation Officer. Responsible for accommodation and groups.
- Liezl, Work Placement Officer. Responsible for all study, work and volunteer programmes.
- Marius, Activities Coordinator. Responsible for the social programme and all our students tours.
- Stanford, Driver. Meets our students at the airport and drives them to their accommodation.
- Brenda, Client Care. Assists students.
